ESD Tenant Build Out
MCS was the Design-Build contractor for a 6,000 SF tenant build-out for a local health care consulting company. This project had a difficult two month schedule but MCS finished on schedule and under budget.
- MCS scope of work:
- Provide owner with preliminary budget.
- Work with Engineer and Client to develop office layout.
- MCS was responsible for all aspects of construction.
- Procure building permits.
- Demolition of existing offices where build-out was going to be located.
- Coordination of owner supplied materials.
