LKQ/Goody’s Truck Parts

MCS was selected by LKQ/Goody’s Truck Parts to be the General Contractor for their new sales. MCS scope was to build a new sales counter, and to enclose 12,000 SF of existing warehouse for a new shipping and receiving area. Project included new electrical for the cross dock area, new heating system for the shipping and receiving, installation of 6 new overhead doors, light gauge metal framing, metal siding, and casework.

Maumee Building

MCS was selected as the foundation and masonry contractor for a new 8,200 SF building in Maumee, Ohio. The project consisted of reinforced concrete footings, and split faced concrete masonry units.

Middle Eastern Market

MCS was selected as the construction manager for a 4,500 SF Middle Eastern Market on Monroe Street in Toledo. MCS self performed the foundations, masonry, interior concrete work, site concrete. MCS was responsible coordination of multiple trades including site contractor, MEP, structural steel fabrication, and structural steel erection.

ESD Tenant Build Out

MCS was the Design-Build contractor for a 6,000 SF tenant build-out for a local health care consulting company. This project had a difficult two month schedule but MCS finished on schedule and under budget.

Provide owner with preliminary budget.
Work with Engineer and Client to develop office layout.
MCS was responsible for all aspects of construction.
Procure building permits.
Demolition of existing offices where build-out was going to be located.
Coordination of owner supplied materials.

Rite-Aid Waterville

Myles Construction was selected as the masonry and interior flatwork contractor. MCS was responsible for installation of over 15,000 Founder’s Brick, single score brick, and over 15,000 SF of interior flatwork.
